On Homogeneous Hermite-lorentz Spaces

چکیده
We define naturally Hermite-Lorentz metrics on almost-complex manifolds as special case of pseudo-Riemannian metrics compatible with the almost complex structure. We study their isometry groups.

Homogeneous Spaces of the Lorentz Group
We present a classification, up to isomorphisms, of all the homogeneous spaces of the Lorentz group with dimension lower than six. At the same time, we classify, up to conjugation, all the non-discrete closed subgroup of the Lorentz group and all the subalgebras of the Lorentz Lie algebra. We also study the covariant mappings between some pairs of homogeneous spaces. This exercise is done witho...

We study a family of 3-dimensional Lorentz manifolds. Some members of the family are 0-curvature homogeneous, 1-affine curvature homogeneous , but not 1-curvature homogeneous. Some are 1-curvature homogeneous but not 2-curvature homogeneous. All are 0-modeled on indecomposible local symmetric spaces. Some of the members of the family are geodesically complete, others are not. All have vanishing...
متن کاملWeight Inequalities for Singular Integrals Defined on Spaces of Homogeneous and Nonhomogeneous Type
Optimal sufficient conditions are found in weighted Lorentz spaces for weight functions which provide the boundedness of the Calderón– Zygmund singular integral operator defined on spaces of homogeneous and nonhomogeneous type. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 42B20, 42B25.

We consider interpolation in Lie groups and homogeneous spaces. Based on points on the manifold together with tangent vectors at (some of) these points, we construct Hermite interpolation polynomials. If the points and tangent vectors are produced in the process of integrating an ordinary di erential equation on a Lie group or a homogeneous space, we use the truncated inverse of the di erential...
متن کاملFrom the Lorentz Transformation Group in Pseudo-Euclidean Spaces to Bi-gyrogroups
The Lorentz transformation of order $(m=1,n)$, $ninNb$, is the well-known Lorentz transformation of special relativity theory. It is a transformation of time-space coordinates of the pseudo-Euclidean space $Rb^{m=1,n}$ of one time dimension and $n$ space dimensions ($n=3$ in physical applications). A Lorentz transformation without rotations is called a {it boost}. Commonly, the ...
